July Mod Updates - Additional Compatibility Fixes & Requested Changes

I have had to update several of these mods again after another mod creator kindly brought a compatibility issue with a new mod to my attention.

I have now added compatibility with Medio’s Gradual Pregnancy Bump Mod to the following mods:

• Responsible Pregnancy - (updated to Version 5.8)

• My Dietary Life - (updated to Version 2.4)

• Pregnancy Massage Table - (updated to Version 2.3)

Please download the newest versions of these mods and fully replace the previous files in your Mods folder.

🔊 Functional Baby Sound Machine Update - (updated to Version 3.0)

• Increased the volume of some of the quieter sounds. The final volume will still depend on each player’s Sound Effects volume settings in-game.

• Fixed an issue where the night light could remain on after the sound machine was switched off. The night light should now turn off correctly with the machine.

🤰 Responsible Pregnancy - (updated to Version 5.8)

• Fixed the Low Birth Weight weight-check interaction. The appropriate notification should now display after the weight check.

• I corrected an animation issue that could occur when a Sim drinks from a bottle.

• Dehydration and hyperthermia should no longer trigger on Sims who are not currently pregnant. This was an issue that triggered after my last update apologies!

🍽️ My Dietary Life - (updated to Version 2.4)

• I added two more settings:

  1. Added another way to access dietary appointments.
     Several people have reported that they could not find the dietary appointments within the Healthcare Redux menu. I have not found an obvious problem with the appointment interactions themselves, so I suspect this may be related to how people are installing either mod.

     Nevertheless, I have added a new optional setting that allows the dietary appointments to also appear within the phone’s Travel menu. You can enable this setting if the appointments are not appearing through Healthcare Redux or if you simply prefer accessing them through the Travel menu.

     (this setting is not visible if you DONT have adeepindigo's HCR mod downloaded as the appointments already default to the phone travel menu)

  2. Less Extreme Visual Dietary Reactions setting.
     This was a community request from someone who wanted the visual reactions to dietary restriction symptoms to be less triggering💜

     When this setting is enabled, Sims will no longer receive the swollen eyes or swollen lips appearance changes during these reactions. I have not replaced them with alternative visual effects because the other symptoms already make it clear that the Sim is unwell.

PSA - Appointment Booking Reminder

Simmers have been abit confused about where to find appointments from My Dietary Life and Functional Osimpic, so here is another reminder:

When adeepindigo’s Healthcare Redux is installed, appointments from both My Dietary Life and Functional Osimpic mods are accessed through the Healthcare Services menu on your Sim’s phone. Open the Healthcare Services menu and use the doctor appointment booking option to find the supported My Dietary Life and Functional Osimpic appointments.
