This mod is currently broken after this patch! Therefore i don't recommend downloading if you have already updated your game.
I am actively working on a fix and I have already resolved most of the errors. The main remaining issue is that I need to rework how I tag family relationships given EA has changed the way modders can easily do this.
For this mod, my interactions, especially in Module 7 Newborn Complications, rely on the game correctly recognising that:
Two parents share a child with a newborn complication
Parents share a child even after divorce or separation
This rework may take some time, but I am aiming to have a fixed version ready by next week.

Hey! You make pregnancy make sense :D I've been waiting for a mod like this for years. Thank you for being here! I know you're still working on perfecting the mod, so I'll share what I've noticed in the game :) I noticed I'm having a issue with the drinking bottle because the game treats it like a glass of drink that's spoiling. I'm 75% full, but the bottle needs to be thrown away. Secondly, the Kegel exercise animation isn't loading; the Sim just stands there, but the moodlet shows up. And last, my Sim runs instead of going for a walk :D PS: Have you considered implementing postpartum and postpartum complications for pregnant Sim? Another thing I dream of in The Sims is IVF.
Thank youuuu !!! I love the feedback! 1. I have fixed the water bottle spoiling which will be in my next update(today/tomorrow) 2. Yeah that's on purpose..kegel exercise has no animation. Technically you can do kegel exercises anywhere and everywhere and no one can tell just like in real life. But I am also happy to do an animation also. 3. Post-partum complications is already a feature in adeepindigos healthcare mod so I didnt really want to duplicate that feature 4. IVF is also part of lumpinou's RPO mod so I didnt want to duplicate either.. Let me know if there is anything else <3
