Raccoon Studio Devlog #3

Hello everybody,

first I want to thank my Raccoon Supporter for taking part on my poll for the release plan.

The direction is clear. I get a few weeks more to make a bigger release. I am very relieved about this result and thank you for your trust!

But now to the features that were developed this week.

Raccoon Studio Launcher

To make the Installation and everyday handling with the app easier, I developed a Launcher that gives you a basic control over the application. This approach is far more user friendly as clicking some scripts in the installation folder. Also the initial installer will put shortcuts on your desktop and start menu to give you an experience of installing an enterprise software.

Backup and Restore Concept

Nothing is unbreakable and sometimes a device change is necessary. To ensure that your images, configurations and models are safe and a fresh installation is ready in minutes, I developed a Backup & Restore menu that is packing your important stuff into a file, so that you can import it later into your new installation. Ready with a few clicks!

Next steps

There are a few features missing for image generation and also the video generation part is not solved yet due to weekly updates for LTX 2.3. Also a bigger overhaul of the backend is needed to have a proper plugin support for upcoming features.

I hope to finalize these steps the next 2-3 weeks, so that we can start with a beta test. I will also post next week a complete list of features that have the Raccoon-Studio inside for the first release.
