Status Update

Hi everyone,

I know I’ve been pretty quiet these past two weeks, and I apologize for that. I’ve been heads-down working on a mod that I thought would be relatively straightforward, but it’s turned into a much bigger headache than expected. After quite a few late nights, I’ve reached the point where I either need to completely rework it or scrap it altogether 😵‍💫. On top of that, TS4 Access took a lot out of me, if I’m being honest. It’s been a huge undertaking, even with a partner, and there are still issues we’re working through.

I think part of what’s been getting to me lately is the growing pressure to keep up with the pace of new mods and features, especially with AI-generated mods becoming more common. It’s been difficult not to feel that pressure, even though I know rushing my own work isn’t the answer.

All of that to say, I think I’ve been burning myself out. I need to take the weekend to step away and recharge. I still have plenty of ideas I want to explore and projects I want to improve, but I need to get back into the right headspace to do them justice.
