Starting at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT, Ship Da Kids Off: Boarding School officially drops, Ship Da Papers Off gets its new update, AND the first round of mod translation updates starts rolling out.

SHIP DA KIDS OFF: BOARDING SCHOOL

I’ve been wanting to give family gameplay another option besides keeping every child in the house 24/7. With Boarding School, your kids and teens can actually be sent away for stretches of time while life back home keeps moving. You’ll have different schools and stay options to choose from. While students are away, their needs will be handled properly instead of just decaying like crazy. And when they come back home, their time away can actually leave them feeling some type of way.

Students can return with different Term Reports and moods depending on how things went. They might come back proud, focused, inspired or energized. Or they might walk back through that door stressed, embarrassed, irritated, or fully aware that semester could’ve gone a LOT better. The main reason I wanted Boarding School, though, was the stories you can make with it. Sending a child away can change what happens back home, and coming back can change things all over again.

Ship Da Kids Off: Boarding School drops at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.

SHIP DA PAPERS OFF UPDATE

I also went back into Ship Da Papers Off and cleaned up several issues y’all reported.

This update includes:

• Serve Spouse Immediately has been added
• You no longer have to wait forever just to move the filing forward
• The Marriage & Legal Portal now properly opens from the computer
• Computer access was fixed
• Financial Disclosure Step 9 has been fixed and now completes
• Divorce cases properly move into the respondent response stage after service
• Menus now say SHIP DA PAPERS OFF
All of the existing systems are still there too, including custody, attorneys, counseling, mediation, support, property, cohabiting divorce, court and financial gameplay.

I went back through the problem areas before preparing this update.

Please DELETE THE OLD VERSION before installing this update.

DO NOT STACK VERSIONS.

Thank y’all for continuing to report what you find because some of these bugs were irritating as hell.

MOD TRANSLATION UPDATES

And yes, mod translation updates begin rolling out TONIGHT too.

I’ve been working through the catalog so more of my mods are properly set up for translators and players outside of English-speaking games.

Because the JayESims catalog is big at this point, these will be rolling out across the mods.

So tonight we have:

Ship Da Kids Off: Boarding School
Ship Da Papers Off Update
SOME Mod Translation Updates

Everything starts rolling out tonight, with Boarding School dropping at MIDNIGHT.

Love y’all.
