THE NEW WEEKLY FLOW (MONDAY–FRIDAY)

Going forward, I’m locking in a consistent Monday–Friday schedule so it’s easier for y’all to follow drops, easier for me to keep support organized, and honestly… it helps me stay on top of everything with how fast we’ve grown.

This structure is for both of us because the growth came QUICK, and I want things to stay smooth, fair, and consistent for everybody.

QUICK QUESTION FOR Y’ALL

Do y’all prefer when I…

A) Tell you what’s coming ahead of time (so you can plan and be ready)
B) Keep it how I usually do it with the surprise drops

Reply and let me know, because I’m down to move how the majority wants.

JAYE’S OFF DAYS (REST + RESET)

Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays are officially my off days moving forward.

These are my days to decompress, create, spend real time with friends/family, and just breathe. I’ve learned that if I’m going to keep showing up consistently (and keep the quality where it needs to be), I HAVE to protect a little balance.

So on off days, please expect:

• No posts

• No emails

• No chat responses

WEEKLY DROP + WORKFLOW

MONDAY — DROP DAY

Mondays are always drop days.

• Mod drops

• Limited Edition Mystery Trait drops too

Reminder: Mystery Traits are only in the shop for one week and they are separate from public mod drops.

TUESDAY — ADMIN DAY (NO DROPS)

Tuesdays are for backend work so everything stays updated and running right.

What I’m usually handling:

• Master List updates (when needed)

• Replying/cleaning up comments

• Help Desk + troubleshooting

• Uploading to CurseForge

• Fixing/organizing systems (tags, links, folders, shop maintenance, etc.)

So no drops or big posts on Tuesdays unless it’s something that HAS to be posted (like an urgent fix or master list update).

WEDNESDAY — DROP DAY

Regular mod drops + updates.

THURSDAY — OFF DAY

True off day moving forward:

• No posts

• No emails

• No chat responses

(Unless it’s a holiday, a special announcement… or I’m scrolling being nosey )

FRIDAY — DROP DAY

Regular mod drops + updates.

SUPPORT + RESPONSE HOURS

My official support hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Because of how many messages come in, response times can vary but I will get back to you.

Also: please use Patreon Chats going forward. It helps me keep support organized and helps you get answers faster.

DROP POSTS UPDATE (LESS EMAIL OVERLOAD)

I heard y’all on the inbox spam. So here’s the new move:

On heavy drop days (especially when 2–3 mods drop), you will not get separate posts for each one.

Instead, you’ll get ONE post that includes:

• all drops listed

• all links

• everything in one place

So your inbox doesn’t explode and you can click what you want.

IMPORTANT SHOP EMAIL POLICY (FINAL)

Going forward:

Your shop purchase will be sent only to the email you check out with.

So if:

• your email has a typo

• your Apple ID hides your real email

• you used the wrong email address

…you will need to repurchase using the correct email.

This has been taking a lot of time to troubleshoot one-by-one, and I have to protect my workflow so I can keep creating at the level y’all expect.

This is the final policy.

COMMENT POLICY UPDATE (NO MORE WARNINGS)

I love y’all, but I’m protecting the community space.

Going forward, I’m deleting comments with no warning if they are:

• rude or disrespectful

• unrelated to the post

• “lazy energy” (not searching / not troubleshooting first)

• misinformation or anything damaging to the community or my work

If it’s something that needs a response, you’ll get a DM instead.
