Love seeing haechan get the attention he deserves!
I don't really like NCT 127, but I love NCT Dream, I'm glad you did this one.
Subscribed to your Patreon just for this. Please do react to other nct units too.
Hey, we also invite you to join our discord. Tim also saw songs related to NCT on the last two livestreams. This livestream https://www.patreon.com/TImWelchVocalStudio/posts/1st-ever-new-all-166945196?collection=1615959 is Wayv - Vision Wings, and this one https://www.patreon.com/TImWelchVocalStudio/posts/livestream-kpop-166773001?collection=1615959 is Minnie feat. Ten - Obsession.
NCT Dream are my happy place! Their voices, music, and lyrics are just so bright and uplifting in this crazy dark world. Broken Melodies is literally a PERFECT song if there is such a thing technically. But in my heart and soul it is perfect!! They have some of the most beautiful harmonies in all of kpop and music in general. Seeing them live is life changing! I've been into kpop for 16vyears now but didn't get into Dream until Hot Sauce in 2021. It was one of the worst times in my life for many reasons and they immediately became my one happy safe place. They mean the world to me so Mark leaving really hit me hard. I will always support them and will be here forever if they are. So I came here to support them and anyone else who supports them! Thank you for promoting them and I hope there's some full album reactions!
My favorite group is NCT DREAM💚
Amazing reaction and so many cool thoughts and insights! Would love to hear your takes on Haechan's solo RnB album "Taste". The songs are just as unique and addicting as his voice. Since I have just subscribed for this Dream reaction, I'm not sure if you are familiar with the live singing program "Lee Mu Jin Service". Haechan will appear on the next episode on August 25, so I want to recommend it for the future. He is one of the most anticipated guests ever.
Tim really likes the Lee Mujin Service program. He's already seen several episodes of it. Could you add it to the request app? That way we can get it faster. I wanted to do it myself, but I've already used up all the requests for this month. (The link to the app is in the video description.)
More nct dream live
Nct dream always harmonising live!!!
I feel like the rappers didnt have a huge solo moments but they contribute soooo much to the harmonies!!! The top notch harmonies really differentiate this group from other boy groups for me
H.O.T. came out with this song in 1996 which is a year before I was born! “N-citizen” would be the right way to pronounce the fandom name. NCT is one of my fave groups. I’m a huge fan of NCT 127 but I love all the subunits!
NCT Dream announced their contract renewal just yesterday. Plus, it was a journey with the vocal changes over the years. I would say Jisung had the biggest difference in tone.
I thought it was going to be NCT 127 from the schedule
Finally Tim hears Candy, the Kpop song that started it all
You guessed their positions in the group perfectly (in K-pop, positions are Main > Lead > Sub) Mark - Leader, Main Rapper, Main Dancer, Sub Vocalist Renjun - Main Vocalist, Lead Dancer Jeno - Main Rapper, Lead Dancer, Sub Vocalist (he sang more during his debut, but after changing his voice, he started rapping more) Haechan - Main Vocalist Jaemin - Lead Dancer, Lead Rapper, Sub Vocalist Chenle - Main Vocalist Jisung - Main Dancer, Sub Vocalist, Sub Rapper
As for solo work, Mark has two solo singles and one solo full album (released while he was still in NCT). He wrote the lyrics for all the songs and composed most of them. His first album is an autobiography, telling the story of living in four different cities (Toronto, New York, Vancouver, Seoul). He has currently founded his own label. Haechan, Renjun, and Chenle also have solo albums (Chenle released his first album in 2010 when he was 9 years old, but released another solo album in 2025).
And from other units, from NCT127, Jaehyun, Taeyong, Yuta, Haechan, Jungwoo, Doyoung (i.e., everyone except Johnny) have solos. in Wayv: Ten, Kun have solos, and Xiaojun will soon debut solo.
Yes!!! Finally, my favorite boygroup. Now that you mentioned the vocal change, it would be interesting to do a Chewing Gum music video from 2016 and how they performed this song at a concert in 2024. NCTzen comes from NCT sounding like nCity, and "zen" is from citizen. NCTzen means: All the fans are citizens of NCT..
I figured that it was also related to the word “netizen” (but that does come from “citizen” so I suppose it’s roughly the same)
Yay more NCT! Love your Killing Voice reactions ❤️
