Oh man, this takes me back to high school! And a bit of college when I actually listened to the full soundtrack .
There's an absolutely fantastic community version of "The Real Folk Blues" that brought back a lot of the Seatbelts as well as voice actors from the show for charity during covid. You should absolutely check it out sometime!

I think you were trying to play the piano when you were demonstrating a blues standard. Also, Masato Honda is a sick wind and brass instrumentalist; he plays almost all wind, and his live shows usually have him switching between various instruments mid-song.
Been saying Cowboy Bebop needs to be the next anime. Should have been the first too x)
