I have not listened to every Moona song, maybe 70% of them, but of all the ones I've heard, she addresses the seedy underbelly of stardom a lot. Perisai Jitu is still my favorite song by her. Sometimes she sings about the dark side of becoming well known, sometimes it's about the people who surround you, sometimes it's the fans, sometimes it's the corporate structure, sometimes it's the rumors and comments and fake lore people make up about you. She has a song for all of that.

i've always thought that those people shes calling fake are the ones who call themselves fans while actually being unicorns ("fans" who are inlove with the vtuber and go crashout when they collab with or even talk/mention a man basically) who are far too parasocial and harmful to the community

Moona is another powerhouse of a singer and her voice really lends itself to these angsty rock tracks. Another one you should check out in similar vein from her is her first original "High Tide" The video team that worked on this MV is the same group that did Bae's "Snake Eyes" MV. They are super-talented 3D animators. One of the "tells" that it's their work is the creepy smile she does at 2:33 and 2:41. In Bae's "Snake Eyes" MV it shows up around the end at 2:59, but you also get a quick glimpse of it at 2:14. Once you see it, you'll recognize it in their other works.

I wouldn't read that much into the MV. Some animators like to take things to those kinds of crazy levels. Like Kanauru's MV for Mumei's Dan Dan Don Don went a bit off the rails.. I think millions died in that one lol

As a big hololive fan but not an expert on Moona, I think this is not really directed at a specifc incidence with her fans. At least there is no huge drama or trouble with any fans afaik(as far as i know). The whole business, show-world, and indonesian politics are a breeding ground for facades and two faced actors. So there are probably a lot of people this could be directed at, middle management at the company, parts of fandoms, parts of business contacts, friends, family, politics. In general there was no beef in the hololive world as this was released, it was welcomed and other talents covered the choreo together with her and fans loved it and there were positive interactions.

Indonesia is crazy wild. They legitimately need to be careful everyday with where they go. The Indonesian girls recently did a collab with Michi and told stories about how they each almost got kidnapped. It is like the Wild West there with theft and the government and such.

My understanding has always been the song is about those that approach you now that you've become famous. Not just the fans but like family and friends you were never close with now suddenly are your best buds just because you made it. Which is something all the Hololives girls deal with but the Indonesian branch at multitudes higher then the rest as every one of them is in the top 50 most successful entertainers of Indonesia.
