Towa can go surprisingly low with her voice with no hint of vocal fry, her W.X.Y and Bunny Girl covers are the best example!
The live version of this is arguably better than the studio version. You could hear her emotion and see her wipe her face and such.
I'm fairly certain Palette had YT subtitles in English, but Google decided to kill advanced subtitles with color and placement information for seemingly no reason whatsoever, starting about a week ago. Towa is my favourite HoloJP performer when it comes to music choice and vocals supporting the emotional and rock sound she often goes for. Thank you for checking out her music.
They have since reinstated them, a few months ago they posted the removal was a technical mistake.
I feel Vtubers generally have deep emotional power to their work. Most of the big ones choose to be Vtubers because it frees them from societal anxieties like looks or disabilities and such that they feel people would judge them for. This allows them to focus on their talents more and pour those feelings into their works. I love Towa man, her deep voice is something special. She's worked really hard to get where she is as she wasn't brought in to be singer they actually hired her for her skill in shooter games as at the time she was on the edge of becoming a professional gamer She's said that right after she applied for Hololive she was contacted by some Esports teams to participate in tryouts. Very happy she chose this route and pushed to get better at singing.
