Ledfoot : 'What You Mean to Me' (clip live) Vocal & Song Analysis

You know, it was Queen Mistletoe who introduced me to Ledfoot. I was, to say the least, very impressed, and have been digging into his music ever since. Most of his songs have a tragic tinge, like he has had a lot of pain in his life but has found a way to alleviate that pain, at least partly, through his music. It's funny, but to me it seems that it is almost easier for a musician to deeply explore the darker side of life, easier in the sense of conveying emotional feelings, then it is when they are singing about lighter things. Eh, maybe I just like the way he sings, and I love that 12 string.
