In any Holo music video where you can see a real face, it is definitely an actor. For this one since they put the cartoon face on top I don't know if that is actually Suisei or if they had an actor do it just to make sure of privacy, but Suisei and all of the Holo talents do their own dancing in 3D motion capture for events.

So glad you liked this one. It's her biggest hit with over 158 MILLION views. It's such a bop and the music video is incredible. One of the few times animation combined with real life actors just works. That is something VERY hard to get right.

I know most of the hololive girls can dance really well because they go to dance lessons for their concerts and 3D live events that they do. Some of them are insanely good at dancing.

In regards to your question about vtubers real identity and how is the secrecy handled: Obviously it varies between different vtubers and companies, some(usually independents) are very open and freely involve their vtuber persona with their IRL persona and vice versa, Hololive is on the other end of the spectrum where they're very strict with it. For Hololive specifically, while I can't say anything about the specific people in the music video, in general it's on a need-to-know and NDA basis. This extends even to the talent's private life, where even family/friends who are in the know need to sign NDAs, some talents even going so far as to keep the specific details of their job from even family. (Safety being a big reason here amongst some others, Hololive is huge and Idol-adjacent fanbases can get very intense) Stuff like this MV featuring real people are hard to be sure about, she could have been actually there and met the people who would've then had to sign NDAs, or it could've all been filmed without her ever going there and having an actor play her. There's been quite a few IRL-filmed skits during events where the talents had actors play them etc.
