I think it would be cool if you check out a few more older loopstation battles, then react to a new loopstation battle, they have evolved so much in the last 10 years... I also think it would be cool if checked out Dlows beatbox live event videos, it's basically a beatbox gameshow that D-Low has created where he gathers some of the most up incoming younger beatboxers to compete in some cool beatbox games

Definitely check out “MB14 La Cup Showcase”! the thing about MB14 is hes more of a performer than a battler. his showcase are much better because he gets to show more of his raw talent in music.

saro came out of no where if i remember correctly. no one had given him that much of a chance but he came out with like $5 earbuds and faced the highest quality loopers in the world at the time and won. also mb14’s looper was having some technical difficulties if i remember correctly, i don’t remember what exactly was going wrong but it mentions it in his second round

I can totally relate to "reaching a cliff" with beatbox, that's why I often say it's easy to learn any one sound but extremely difficult to master beatbox as a whole. Especially when comparing yourself with people who do it professionally. Also if you're interested in more loopstation battles, Frosty vs Rythmind 2021 is a must see, as you can image loopers also did not stand still in the progression that the whole scene has experienced.

I think Mb14 was in the file I sent you quite some time ago about new talents. And yes, I am almost as eclectic as you in terms of music (but definitely not as knowledgeable 😀)

MB14 is also an amazing singer: he was second on the Voice France 2016. 3 years ago, he had the lead role in a French movie titled "Tenor" where he played a rapper/slammer that becomes an opera Tenor (and sings with Roberto Alagna lol). His beatbox showcase "LaCup Showcase 2018" on the channel Swiss Beatbox is for me the peak OG beatbox when you don’t like special effects, like me, and just want amazing things performed by the mouth (only looping and a bit of reverb in his perf there).
