By the way, the other idea for the Quebec OC is she could be a middle-aged teacher (slightly older than Laura) learning french to Bella when she was traveling to Montreal during a french simister. That's where's the friendship between the two was born like I mentioned. The québécois teacher loves how teaching the french language and her culture gathered people and the way her students (including Bella) were really excited with eager curiosity and some hilarious moments as they heard the unique words and expression of her dialect or "Joual." And Bella felt the same way about Chloé and her passion of teaching the language and culture. Also, when she would be made and had her own characterhub page one day, the flag in her icon's background could be a splitten canadian-québécois flag showing the dual identity of her home.
