What do think of this new mod idea

A mod that applies reward traits from the satisfaction point store when your sim reaches a certain level of a skill. This is what I'm thinking of adding:

Always welcome = carisma 5

observant = Carisma 8 + logic 5

Entrepreneurial = carisma 8 + logic 8

Speed reader = writing 5

creative visionary = writtint 8 + painting 8

marketable = Carisma 5 + painting 6 or handness 6

Shameless = comedy 10

connections = carisma 10

Savant = logic 10

super green thumb = gardening 10

Memorable = carisma 8

Free services = programming 10

Does it make sense? Do you think this would be a cool mod? would it be way too overpowered? Should I add more traits?
