Lesson 4 – The Practice of Identity

This week will be devoted to the assimilation of the first three lessons into a practice of what we are becoming aware of - our identity, a vessel that will carry us to new understanding of our place in life.

As the spiral rises, we find ourselves on another plane, realizing that the choice of who we are lies within ourselves.

“Who Am I?” becomes “This is who I AM now.” Practicing this means meeting a thought, feeling, or circumstance from this identity, and each encounter gives the understanding living expression.

One Movement of Being. The three lessons become one inward movement: recognize who I AM, release identification with what I am not, and receive the identity I choose. Open Arms welcomes it; the Inner Smile acknowledges it as myself.

This week we are blessed with a Mandala that is the culmination of the three practices - a focus and symbol to inspire us in the journey (released for all Premium members).
