Dream Growing Family House | The Sims 4 Speed Build | Copperdale, Golden Peak

Welcome to this dreamy growing family home in Copperdale 🌿✨

In today’s build, I created a warm and cozy house designed for a family that’s growing over time. Nestled in Golden Peak, this home overlooks the lake from above, offering peaceful views and a calm, nature-filled atmosphere 🍃

The house features a bright and inviting layout with plenty of space for everyday family life — from cozy shared areas to functional bedrooms that can evolve as your sims grow. I focused on soft tones, natural textures, and timeless details to create a home that feels both elegant and lived-in 🤍

Perfect for storytelling gameplay, this build is ideal for a family starting a new chapter and growing together over time. I hope you enjoy watching this build as much as I enjoyed creating it 🤍

Don’t forget to like & subscribe if you’d like to see more speed builds like this!

Helpful hint: if you use either Sims4TrayImporter or Twisted Mexi's Construction Center in Better Build Buy, you can actually get a list of the specific items you use in your builds. That way, folks won't need to download entire sets 😉

Sue Buildings · June 17, 2026

Thanks for the suggestion! 😊 I actually use Sims 4 Tray Importer for my CC lists. The reason I prefer it is that people can download everything with a single click instead of having to open dozens of individual pages. Interestingly, when I used to list specific items separately, many people asked me to switch to this method because it was much faster and more convenient for them. In the end, different players have different preferences, so it’s hard to make everyone happy at the same time. I just try to choose the option that works best for most people. 💙

hello! new to downloading homes so I have just one question: aside from downloading all the CC linked and placing them in my mods folder, do I place the attached .rar file directly in my tray folder for everything to work?

S
Sue Buildings · June 17, 2026

Hi! 😊 Yes, that’s correct. First, download and install all the CC into your Mods folder. Then extract the .rar file and place all the files inside it into your Tray folder (not the .rar file itself). Make sure custom content is enabled in your game settings, and the build should appear in your Library. Hope that helps! 💙
