Dev Update IV for 0.10

Hello everyone,

Over the last week, I added another 17,000 words to the draft, bringing 0.10 to 137K words so far. I also went back and revised several scenes that needed more immersive writing.

And here’s a big milestone: Blossoming Journey has officially passed 1 million total words.
That honestly feels surreal, and it’s something I never imagined when I first started this project.

Right now, I’m working on a very long Friday morning pool event. The goal with this scene is to really underline how much the MC has changed over the course of the story—emotionally, socially, and visually. I’m taking my time with it, but I hope it turns into something truly special.

Once this big scene is finished, my next focus will be implementing everything into Twine and making sure all the written content flows properly and works smoothly in-game. I’ve already written a couple of scenes for the second weekend of the update, and I have ideas lined up for several others as well.

This week, during a brief dip in inspiration, I also found myself thinking about future project ideas—just letting my mind wander a bit. I came up with a couple of concepts that feel genuinely fresh and not something I’ve seen explored much. That said, this is very much a far future thought. My focus remains fully on Blossoming Journey, and these ideas are simply something to keep creative energy flowing.
