One listen of the hmofa booster II 4hz version to get in the theta state (my favorite frequency for SATS/visualization) and then 1 hour of this audio before bed is definitely the most efficient way to get results 💯. Btw this version actually has CNS UPGRADER v2 and HMOFA BOOSTER II except for the TREE OF LIFE stuff, so TREE OF LIFE could substitute too. Could hypothetically even bundle/tab the calm version of THG with any booster if you wish too since the calm has no frequencies
Is this a booster for physical results so can I replace this with HMAFO chad v9. 3?
this has everything in /HMOFA/ CHAD V9 plus height growth stuff (but doesn't have TREE OF LIFE like v9.3), depending on what you want to do you could stack both v9.3 and THGv3.5 or do THGv3.5 with TREE OF LIFE.

Basically this sub is not just powered by affs but will have a morphic field developed for it, then eventually released on More Fields More Yields so it works both by affs and by energy/morphic equally
