Resident Evil: The Iron Wards

Wesker, we have a problem. I’m trapped in what appears to be a subterranean dungeon. The locals call it the Iron Ward. They've cut the lights, and I can already hear that damn heavy breathing in the dark. The place is crawling with monsters. I’m armed, but my ammo is limited. A lesser agent would be dead in minutes, but that’s why you hired me. Just make sure my payment is ready when I surface.

Another set and another banger. Really, really happy with this one from start to finish. The story, lighting, pacing, poses and composition were all just top notch here. There was a point around image 84 that I felt like ending it there as I lost a teeny tiny bit of motivation, but man am I glad I persevered with it through to the end as that final section is, for me, the highlight of the set. 

This is another set where I’ve used this new lighting method I’ve been using as of late and probably the best example of how much of an improvement it is as I was really able to make some cinematic shots with Ada and darkness. 

I’ve mentioned before that I wanted to redeem myself with Ada after my set last year with her which is awful and one that I’m still lowkey embarrassed about. So my goal here was to make amends and give her and the Regenerators a set worthy of their potential. Proud to say that I have right that wrong. 

I feel like I’ve taken another set as an artist as of late with these latest projects just being a step above my works from earlier in the year. This one and my last Mass Effect one I feel stand testament to that. Just gotta keep that improvement going.
