Introducing Reddit Gallery Manager
I’m excited to officially launch Reddit Gallery Manager, a new self-hosted media scraping and gallery tool built for people who want to collect, organize, and browse media from their favorite subreddits in one clean place.
Reddit is full of incredible images, videos, clips, memes, references, inspiration, and niche communities — but browsing and saving that media in a structured way can be messy. Reddit Gallery Manager was built to solve that.
The downloads post will be available for all my Patreons shortly including a one-time purchase option.
What is Reddit Gallery Manager?
Reddit Gallery Manager lets you enter your favorite subreddits, scrape media posts from them, and save everything into a persistent local library.
The app is completely self-hosted, meaning your collection stays under your control. It uses a lightweight SQLite database, so scraped posts are saved and remain available even after you close the app or come back later.
No complicated setup. No bloated cloud dependency. Just a clean, personal Reddit media library that you control.
Key Features
Scrape media from your favorite subreddits
Pull in image and video posts from the communities you follow most.
Persistent local storage
All discovered posts are saved into a lightweight SQLite database, so your gallery continues to grow over time.
Browse and playback media posts
View images and play videos directly inside your own gallery interface.
Create custom galleries
Build personalized collections from individual scraped subreddit posts. Mix and match content from different communities into your own curated galleries.
Why I Built It
I wanted a simple way to turn Reddit into a personal, persistent media library.
Instead of endlessly scrolling, losing track of posts, or manually saving links, Reddit Gallery Manager gives you a way to collect everything into a structured, reusable system.
Whether you use Reddit for inspiration, reference material, memes, artwork, hobby content, tutorials, or niche media communities, this gives you a cleaner way to manage what you find.

It’s especially useful for:
Creators gathering inspiration
