Running of the Wolves v5.1.0 (bugfix) now available
Thankfully, it seems the bulk of the bugs reported were mostly not gamebreakers. There were a couple, but not that you'd notice until later in the game. This is so much better than previous releases.
The updated version is available on the Discord:
Female players could not be caught or attacked while crouching on a flat or downhill surface (hitbox was too low for linetrace)
Female genitals not animating
Could still start a Dom animation by rightclicking, leading to broken animation
Screenshots not working
Male Trousers mesh had weighting issues when crouching
Worldmap shops did not have the Buy dialog
Female genitals always showed as black (too much shadow from the body - had to make it a mildly light emitting material)
Killbox in Pineridge stopped players accessing lower valley and Plains
Some void entrances on the ramp down to the lower valley
Clothing not showing damage (fixed, but only for certain clothing. Some male clothing with actual textures are not set up to do this yet, but 95% of the clothes work)
Captures while crouched would start sex slightly off the ground
There's still a healthy list of bugs, but they are more a nuisance than anything. In quite a few cases, I've ignored bugs that relate to things that are getting updated in the next phase. For example, the enemies clustering around entrances in the dungeon, getting stuck on obstacles, running along the bottoms of rivers and lakes and so on. Movement is going to be redone totally next, so sinking time into things that are functional but a nuisance is a waste of time when its getting stripped back and redone in a few weeks.
Providing there's no major errors in this build, I'm going to take a little time off to do some other work, maybe a few weeks to a month, then dig straight back in to the next phase:
