Halloween Release V3.1.0

In the coming days I'll be doing another post about current progress and what we're working on, but for now, the latest version is available!

The only changes are a Halloween Mode and the Pause Menu has been moved into the Inventory system, so Saving is in the Tab menu. Also some bugfixes.
