💦Vulwarg Semen
Before you start to upgrade essence level for your Vulpuss:
1️⃣ You will want to make sure you have purchased your free Foxen House from Cassie the pink Neko in town. In order to capture your Vulpuss, you will also need to purchase Bovaur Milk from Amber-Mae, the Ayrshire, in town using Orgasmium.
The Vulpuss you'll want to focus on capturing are the ones that have the Swift trait!
2️⃣ You will also need to have The Hivelands unlocked in order to capture a Bee with D Aptitude or higher stat. If you plan to use fluids to capture your Bee, you will also want to harvest Foxen Semen from your captured Sionnach, or purchase some from Camilla, the Goblin, in town using Orgasmium.

Essence I to Essence 2
Once you've captured all the Vulpuss you can find with the Swift trait, you will want to pair them up with a Bee that has D Aptitude or higher. If you don't have a Bee with D Aptitude or higher stat, then you capture one from The Hivelands.
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Unlock The Hivelands:
Head up the pathway to the town, to purchase your free Foxen House from Cassie, the pink neko, to the right and just past the fountain. (If she's not there, run back down and sleep, then run back up and she should be there.)
If you want to save more time, I highly recommend enabling the Infinite Lust and Win Wild Sex cheats, so you won't have to keep running back to sleep to refill your lust. By default, hitting the " ~ " key on the keyboard should bring up the cheats menu.Follow the path past the Breeding Yard to head to Lustwood where the Foxen and Vulwargs roam around. You'll want to capture about 4-6 Foxen. If you find any with the Swift trait, be sure to capture those ones, as Swift is their signature trait, and will be required to upgrade the essence level for the Sionnach and Vulpuss Foxen.
If you are playing as a male, you will need to purchase Bovaur Milk from Amber-Mae in the town, in order to capture the male Foxen.Once you've acquired 4-6 Foxen, you'll want to head back to your Foxen House and harvest their fluids. When you click on the 🤍 in the middle at the bottom, you will have a few options on how you want to harvest their fluids. You will need to harvest at least 120 semen or milk to get you 120 Orgasmium.
Again, if you want to save time, you can also click on the ⏩ to the right of the 🤍which will quickly harvest their fluids. Additionally, you could also use the Add Money cheat if you don't want to bother with harvesting fluids.You'll want to sell harvested milk to Amber-Mae again, or you can sell the harvested semen to Camilla, the green goblin that resides in the Alchemy Guild building to the right when you head up to the town.
Head back to Cassie, so you can purchase the Vulwarg Kennel, Thriae Hive, Bovaur Shed, and Dragon Hoard. You will need these for the next few Breeding Tasks, so you can unlock Virgin Breaks (where the Minotaur and Dragons roam) and The Hivelands (where the Queen Bee and Bees roam).
Head back to the Sleep house and follow the path just across the little river/pond behind the house, until you see the Centaur named Kybele. (Watch out for tentacles that pop up from the ground). Once you interact with Kybele, you should be able to ask her if you can have the keystone near her, she will praise you, and then give you your first Breeding Task. No matter what you're playing as, she'll always want a level 4 Vulwarg: Lykos with the Meaty trait. The only thing that will change is the sex of the Lykos (either futa or female).
Head back to Lustwood and capture a few Vulwarg. Be on the lookout for ones that have the Meaty trait for the Breeding Task and the Hornball trait in order to aid in upgrading the essence levels for the Lykos and Wulf Vulwarg.

➡️https://www.patreon.com/posts/first-breeding-105336753Once you've received the keystone, you will want to use it to open door right by Kybele, this will unlock Virgin Breaks. Follow the path all the way up until you see the sleeping Dragon Matriarch. Talk to her, and eventually she will give you another Breeding Task to bring her 20 Bovaur Milk.
Navigate through the clearing and take the slope down, veering to the right, you will find Monarch, the adorable butterfly blessed nephelym. Interacting with her, will grant you a third Breeding Task to bring her a level 5 Foxen with the Swift trait. Again, depending on what sex you're playing as, will change what sex she asks for.

➡️https://www.patreon.com/posts/monarchs-swift-106015958On your way out of Virgin Breaks, capture a couple Minotaur, so you can harvest their milk for the Dragon Matriarch. Once you harvest 20 Bovaur Milk, turn in the task. You'll have to head back up to Virgin Breaks and collect the keystone sitting where she was resting before.
Head back down the path, passing the Sleep house, and on the right you will see the door to the The Hivelands. Use a keystone to unlock The Hivelands. Once you're in The Hivelands, you can either go talk to the Queen Bee, and she will give you another Breeding Task, or you can go find a Bee (or few) with Aptitude: D.
Once you have your Bee(s) with Aptitude: D, head back to the Breeding Yard, so you can start crossbreeding them with the Foxen you've captured. After a few tries, you will hopefully have a Vulpuss Foxen with Aptitude: D.
Essence I to Essence 2
Once you've captured all the Vulpuss you can find with the Swift trait, you will want to pair them up with a Bee that has D Aptitude or higher. If you don't have a Bee with D Aptitude or higher stat, then you capture one from The Hivelands.
⭐Bees can be captured by offering them Foxen Semen
After some time, you should have a Vulpuss with D Aptitude or higher to turn into The Emissary.
Essence 2 to Essence 3
Pair up all of your Swift Rank I Vulpuss with your other Swift Rank I Foxen and try to create two breeding teams, to ensure you won't run into the issue of offspring being related. After some time (sometimes longer), you will get a Vulpuss with Swift Rank II.
⭐Hold off on turning in your Swift Rank II Vulpuss, until after you get a Swift Rank III Sionnach.
Essence 3 to Essence 4
Find your highest leveled Vulpuss (Preferably without the Swift trait, or only Swift Rank I), and level it up to level 42. You can either pair your Level 42 Vulpuss with your Breeder character or another nepheylm of your choice.
⭐If I can't pair it with my Breeder character, I like to use a nephelym with the 🤍 Kindhearted trait.
Essence 4 to Essence 5
Before you start pairing up your Swift Rank II Vulpuss with your other Swift Rank II Foxen, I recommend pruning (releasing) any unwanted Vulpuss to ensure space for the next breeding batch; Just make sure you keep your Swift Rank II and Level 42 Vulpuss! After some time, you should get a Swift Rank III Vulpuss.
If you end up producing a lot of Swift Rank II Seeder, then try turning in one of your Swift Rank II & Level 42 Vulpuss to The Emissary; Then, you can go back out to The Lustwood and see if you can find some new Vulpuss with Swift Rank II. Sometimes that helps end the cycle of producing only Swift Rank II offspring.
Once you get your Swift Rank III Vulpuss, you can now go turn in the remaining required Vulpuss to finish upgrading your essence level.
⭐Additional Tips⭐
1️⃣ Turn off Wild Sex
➡️ In the game settings, toggle off Wild Sex and use fluids to capture your Vulpuss instead, if you want to avoid being pounced on, thus saving some time if you're solely focusing on upgrading the essence levels.
2️⃣Utilize the cheats menu to save time and receive immediate resources:
➡️ Add Money
➡️ Infinite Lust
➡️ Win Wild Sex
3️⃣Breeder and Kindhearted Trait
➡️ Using your Breeder character can level up your Essence Level 42 nephelym and Breeder at the same time!
➡️ Finding a wild nephelym with the 🤍Kindhearted trait to breed your Essence Level 42 nephelym with will make getting them to level 42 easier and faster because the Kindhearted trait gives more xp to the nephelym that you're trying to level.
🤍 Kindhearted: Gains (30/40/50)% less XP, but gives (50/100/150)% more to mates.
