Monarch's Swift Helper Guide

By the time you pick up Monarch's Breeding Task, you should already have your Foxen House. The Swift Trait is a pretty common trait for Foxen, so you may already have one that you can use for Monarch's Task.

If you don't have any Foxen with the Swift Trait to breed, you'll have to go back to Lustwood and capture one that does and breed it. Make sure you trade in fluids if you're wanting to lure the Foxen for capture.

Foxen
♂ Sionnach like Bovaur Milk
♀ Vulpuss like Vulwarg Semen

Depending on what you're playing as, may change what requirements Monarch wants for her Foxen: IE Female, Male, or Futanari. The required level and Swift Trait will be the same!
