Before you start to upgrade essence level for your Orcs, you'll want to make sure you have purchased your Sylvan Treehouse and Thriae Hive from Cassie, the pink Neko, in town. In order to capture your Orcs, you will need to have Cove of Rapture unlocked; Additionally, you'll also want to have The Hivelands unlocked. If you need to unlock those areas still, you can follow this guide to see what you need to do to get The Hivelands and the Cove of Rapture unlocked.

Essence I to Essence 2
To get an Orc with C Aptitude or higher, you will want to crossbreed your Orc with a Bee that has C Aptitude or higher. Bees have a chance to spawn wild nephelym that have C Aptitude, sometimes even A & B Aptitude if their essence levels are upgraded. After some time, you should have an Orc offspring with C Aptitude or higher. Once you've produced your Orc with at least C Aptitude, you should turn in it to The Emissary.
Essence 2 to Essence 3
Pair up all of your Stoic Rank I Orcs with your other Stoic Rank I Orcs and try to create two breeding teams, to ensure you won't run into the issue of offspring being related. After some time (sometimes longer), you will produce a Orc that has Stoic Rank II.
⭐Hold off on turning in your Stoic Rank II Orc, until after you get an Stoic Rank III Orc.
Essence 3 to Essence 4
Find your highest leveled Orc (Preferably without the Stoic trait, or only Stoic Rank I), and level it up to level 42. You can either pair your Level 42 Orc with your Breeder character or another nepheylm of your choice.
⭐If you can't pair it with your Breeder character, try using a nephelym with the 🤍 Kindhearted trait.
Essence 4 to Essence 5
Before you start pairing up your Stoic Rank II Orcs with your other Stoic Rank II Orcs, I recommend pruning (releasing) any unwanted Orcs to ensure space for the next breeding batch; Just make sure you keep your Stoic Rank II and Level 42 Orc! After some time, you should get a Stoic Rank III Orc.
If you end up producing a lot of Stoic Rank II Orc, then try turning in one of your Stoic Rank II & Level 42 Orc to The Emissary; Then, you can go back out to the Cove of Rapture and see if you can find some new Orcs with Stoic Rank II. Sometimes that helps end the cycle of producing only Stoic Rank II offspring.
Once you get your Stoic Rank III Orc you can now go turn in the remaining required Goblins to finish upgrading your essence level.
⭐Additional Tips⭐
1️⃣ Turn off Wild Sex
➡️ In the game settings, toggle off Wild Sex and use fluids to capture your Orcs instead, if you want to avoid being pounced on, thus saving some time if you're solely focusing on upgrading the essence levels.
2️⃣Utilize the cheats menu to save time and receive immediate resources:
➡️ Add Money
➡️ Infinite Lust
➡️ Win Wild Sex
3️⃣Breeder and Kindhearted Trait
➡️ Using your Breeder character can level up your Essence Level 42 nephelym and Breeder at the same time!
➡️ Finding a wild nephelym with the 🤍Kindhearted trait to breed your Essence Level 42 nephelym with will make getting them to level 42 easier and faster because the Kindhearted trait gives more xp to the nephelym that you're trying to level.
🤍 Kindhearted: Gains (30/40/50)% less XP, but gives (50/100/150)% more to mates.
