also let me know which of these titles you guys like, or if you have your own suggestions:
"cocaine is colonialism"
"coca.mp4"

This is a banger. I had to take a break from Patreon subscriptions due to finances but I returned to my paid membership after watching this on your main channel.
Very interesting video! I had heard about Drug Cartels do not exist and I'm definitely going to add it to my non-fiction reading list. For the title I like Cocaine is Colonialism as something fairly concise and to the point while providing a little more context for the subject matter of this specific video than coca.mp4.
Hohoho 🤭 Your tea video was one of my all time favorites. I am glad you continued on this subject and as far as I could tell still a banger video essay. I like "cocaine is colonialism" but the other titles are also good ☺️
Good video!! I like the title "coca.mp4" just to echo the "biden.mp4" title. Out of curiosity what made you research cocaine first & not opium or marijuana. Once again really good video & matches the hype!!
the original idea was that it would be a continuation of the 'tea' theme, and so i was going to focus on coca tea! now it's not quite as correlative but still kind of a spiritual successor
This is an incredibly interesting video, I learned a lot from it and appreciate the way you tie historical events to the modern narratives that permeate the “drug war” commentary. This video feels like an evergreen gem that folks should be using as a starting point to delve into more reading and research about the coca plant. Thank you for sharing it with us early!
Very good. I will absolutely be sharing with friends and family. Its really exhausting describing to people that a lot of our modern perception of science isnt altruistic and is influenced by politics and capital. Look at the trope of the genius inventor who saves the world by themselves simply because they were smart and moral enough, a constant liberal fantasy cliche. Keep up the good work <3
