Autopilot updates to boost retention

Autopilot not only helps you grow your paid membership without any work from you — now it can also help keep more of your members.

Here’s what’s new:

• Offer pre-cancellation discounts to encourage members to stay – Offer discounts to fans who are considering canceling. Select paid members will receive an offer to discount next month’s membership, and Autopilot will track the number of redemptions for you.

• Boost retention with annual memberships – Turn on annual memberships and give members a discount for joining for the whole year, with the ability to offer up to 50% off annual plans. Creators who offer annual memberships earn ~10% more than those who don’t. We’ll even promote it to select members at the right time.
