Reimagined dashboards for deeper insights

You might notice your Membership Insights got a makeover. Good news: they don’t just look nicer, they have more data, too! Now your dashboards are grouped thematically to help you quickly understand how your community is responding to your work and identify opportunities for growth.

Here’s the rundown of what’s new:

⭐ You can now easily understand your total active members, and compare free and paid members in one place.

👥 Look at fan traffic and popular posts in one place so you can figure out which type of post is the most successful in driving traffic and upgrading members. You can still access your traffic tab separately.

📊 Click and filter to get a more granular look at your insights. You can customize your timeframes and hover over specific data points to get a deeper understanding of how your work is performing.

🔄 More accurate member terminology to include those who canceled membership and returned.

Hear what creators have to say

Ella Dawson of Bros and Prose uses the new view of total active members to get a gut check on the size of her community.

"I appreciate that I can see at a glance how large my community is, including the free members, and the shifts in new and canceled memberships."

The "path to paid" tab - I can't see this on my insights yet. is that coming soon?

Is this still rolling out gradually? Still seeing what I think is the old version of the stats (no path to paid or popular posts showing up yet). Really looking forward to this stats update!

Would love to see a way to gain followers. Some type of in house advertising discovery system. This would be awesome!

That would be even more helpful indeed.
