[Ep 1.17 “Girls’ Night Out”] Head down, ass up
Hey guys! Not much to report this week, except that I’m still working hard on a difficult episode.
Some people say that it’s a good sign when something’s difficult – eat your frog, the obstacle is the way, yada yada – let’s hope they’re right and this episode proves worth the agony. 🤞🏻😬🤞🏻
Right now I feel like I'm not sure if anybody is going to like the next episode. But I remember feeling the same way just before the previous episode was released, and many people thought that was the best episode so far. So I don't know what to think 🤷🏻♂️ I'll just keep pushing in the direction that feels right, and hope it works out.
Thanks very much for all the supportive comments, here, on Discord, and in DMs. They say everyone is their own worst critic, and I felt like every encouraging message was a signal for me to keep pushing on despite all the doubts and fears that swirl in my head when the going gets tough. Thank you all, your support helps more than you realise.

Just finished playing the latest episode after a long break, and I think it's coming along very well. I particularly liked the scene with the player in front of the Dragon Lady and Miss Lu as they discuss how you should be changed in appearance when they convince you to become a bargirl. Very hot and a degree of sinister. Looking forward to getting to know the coworkers more next episode!
I too regard that scene with the madams as one of the hottest and I am extremely eager for anything that can advance the transition to bargirl plot in the next few updates. I do not know if the girls' night out event can do anything in this regard, but any development of this sort would be more than welcome. I am looking forward to know the girls more as well (if and when the author manages to overcome their creative problems for this update).
I'm just impatient to see what the final version merged to the lifepath is gonna look like... mind telling future you to send it back with a time machine? :-)
I hahaven'been a member for very long but I have had a look at earlier builds and there is a noticeable improvement in the writing. I think you're on the right track.

Love the story that you've written so far, take as much time as you need. I was wondering if you've considered introducing different hairstyles and hair colors, platinum blonde or pink. It wouldn't fit in a professional work environment but maybe one of the girls at the bar could suggest it to fit in more. Keep up the good work, story is amazing!
i agree with this, and it could hopefully add to the corruption mechanic depending on colors and style
