This large farmhouse is a multi generational home which also includes a renovated and converted Bar in the barn. Although this property may seem old, the interior has been fully renovated to accommodate for a large family looking to live q quaint life in Chestnut Ridge. With ample space to train your horses right next door, this classic farmhouse has large amount of space for your faming and gardening activities.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please download all the cc mentioned above and place it in your Mods folders (ensure you have no duplicates!)

Please download Tray files folder below. Unzip is and move the files to your Tray folder.

The build will appear in your library once you have the tray files. You will need to place the lot down in the same lot or a similar/bigger sized lot. Ensure to turn on CC and enable bb.moveobjects cheat before placing lot.
