Hello Simmers, come and shop at the Gourmet Bay, a newly renovated Grocery store in San Sequoia.

Gourmet Bay introduces health and convivence all in one stop. The store is located right in town which is accessible for all your needs throughout the day. Gourmet Bay not only offers a wide range or organic and fresh food but a cafe where you can have a coffee or two if you are on the go. With Ample parking space, Gourmet Bay is easily accessible and will cater to all your household needs.

Have used few items from the Debug menu- For Rent, Horse Ranch, Growing Together, Highschool Years, Eco Lifestyle, Discover Uni, Get Famous, Get Together, Get to Work and Dine out required for function. Please note some of the items from these packs are for deco only.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please download all the cc mentioned above and place it in your Mods folders (ensure you have no duplicates!)

Please download Tray files folder below. Unzip is and move the files to your Tray folder.

The build will appear in your library once you have the tray files. You will need to place the lot down in the same lot or a similar/bigger sized lot. Ensure to turn on CC and enable bb.moveobjects cheat before placing lot.
