WOTM: Government Said Mormons Are Not Christians
Hey gang! I'm running out. But I wanted to get this up for youz guyz real quick since it's still lingering in the news. if you haven't heard, Trump's government put out a list of religions and didn't include Mormonism amongst the "Christian" religions. They switched it up after some significant outcry. But I don't think they were wrong.

I'm actually a consecrated priest* of FSM and I think it's insulting for Steven to call our movement a religion. Especially after he gives Buddhists a pass. and give. You forget that we do NOT worship the FSM. Our "religion" exists for one purpose -- to MOCK those who SERIOUSLY worship OTHER fictional gods. If you're silly enough to consider the FSM as a religion, then I suppose you're also one of the morons who consider ATHEISM as a religion as well. These are NOT religions because none of these movements involve any kind of WORSHIP. *I have a piece of paper on my wall that says so, and it sure looks official ... otherwise I wouldn't have paid for it! (his bono fides for making this statement are rather diluted by the fact he misspelled Buddhism and that he missed the fact that they DO have "devise beings". LOL

A good exposé of the cult we escaped! What remains unknown for most people is that Mormons actually claim to be another branch of the House of Israel, most of them descendants of Joseph’s son Ephraim (isn’t that what was “revealed” to you —and me— in a “patriarchal” blessing?) Maybe the government should list the cult alongside the Jewish religion instead with the christians…?

Great video as usual. But the big problem with this list is that it's a sign who these Christian nationalists are going to go after when they have the chance.
Oh, one more thing: the government weighing in on theological matters. When two (or more) people are having a heated argument over whose imaginary friend is real, or the imaginary friend's attributes or intentions, a government entering into the argument never ends well.

All of the above (Notice I omitted Budhists. That's because they are not invovled in the free-for-all mud wrestling contest over whose imaginary friend is divine. Still a bit nutty, though.)
