WOTM: Alex O'Connor Is Confusing Everyone
After I had shot that first Alex O'Connor video on the plausibility of Christianity, Alex posted another video complaining about both make-believers AND non-believers who have been confused by any number of things Alex has said over the last couple of years. So, of course, you guys know I'm way too OCD to just let that go. I couldn't help myself. And I'm hoping you'll be happy about that.

Thank you all again for your continued support!!! I'm having my Lou Gehrig moment right now and feeling like the luckiest man on the face of the earth (did you hear that echo?)! I love that you amazing people have made it possible for me to have the life I have. If I could grant you semi-eternal life, I definitely would (no one really wants to live forever, right?).

I look forward to your year end finale! I think Alex may be 'in love with being in love '! He sees the benefits of a community but but that has somehow obscured for him the downsides of the premises that community is built on, ie eternal servitude or damnation, slavery, evil and all that!

I can't help but feel that Cosmic Skeptic would take this Alex O'Connor fellow to task.
"Christianity has got something going for it"…? Like WHAT, Alex? Social acceptance in a cult? Ready made friends? Groupthink to live in denial? A hope that you won't die? C'mon, you can find that "something" in any religion. You might as well say you'd "love" to be a Hindu… or a Muslim… or a Viking believing in Woden… or a Greek who worships Zeus… or an Aztec obedient to Huitzilopochtli. Sorry, but I see nothing —NOTHING!— in christianity that is uniquely desirable or praiseworthy. Just the opposite, in fact! Ignorance is bliss?
I love Alex, but sometimes we all misspeak. So all he need do is state. "I misspoke here. I assure you I am very clear there is no good evidence for the Tribal war God.
