Definition of a Christian Apologist: someone that expends tremendous amounts of time and energy trying to prove that the Bible doesn't say what is actually says. Occasionally, they try to prove that the Bible says something that it actually doesn't say. Your mileage may vary.
Darling grandson B. 💕
That's a stock photo. My grandson is even cuter. He has almost illegal levels of cuteness! It's not fair to the other children.
This is really crazy. Arguing about the details of a fairytale that never happened.
Right? The whole narrative of the Bible is so insane! I can't believe anyone believes this shit. Of course... I did. 😬 D'oh!!!
This idiot seems to thing "bad" is the equivalent of evil. Is this an unhinged Gish Gallop?
This is a more sophisticated version of excusagism that Tim is using here: Pseudo-refutation (type of sophistry) This also falls under the classical category of sophistry the use of verbal trickery to appear wise or correct. A pseudo-refutation occurs when someone: - Pretends to counter an argument, While actually agreeing with its premises, - But masking that agreement through tone, ridicule, or minor semantic shifts. The move here is psychological: they win the crowd by style rather than substance. If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.
Cheeeses Crust, I can't stand such mental masturbation. I'm surprised that Tim doesn't have jizz coming out of his years.
He does. But it's coming out his mouth — excusejizz!
