Lola constantly talks about the portion sizes and how there's no way people can be satisfied with these meals. Does she realize they have like 8-10 courses typically? I recently ate at a 3-star Michelin restaurant for the first time a couple months ago, and I can assure you the customers leave more than full afterwards. The one I went to, Addison by William Bradley in San Diego, was 10 courses. Almost every course was eaten in 1-3 bites. I was completely stuffed by the end and much fuller than I usually am after a typical restaurant. These restaurants have this down to a science. You won't leave hungry even with the small portions.
