This whole "black vs green" shit is symbolic for creators and audience willingly dumbing themselves down to use this modern western "everything is a fight, everyone is in a tribe" bullshit. The show rater is/should be a satire of the rotten details of monarchy, rich, raging psychos with no restrictions on all "sides", women just getting used since childhood to serve men and therefore there should probably not be any "team" (again, what a braindead concept). If any, meaning having still a moral compass with compassion, people should feel the desperate situations of women like Alicent (or the "small folk" in general, but.. you know... for classism you need to watch something better) and how none of their decisions seem to be their own, so they need to find ways to survive in this world of men. Targaryans are monsters, genetically due to incest and regarding social structure. A 15yo being forced to bare this brood and not having the power, the experience, the role, the anything to somehow not letting them become monsters is nothing you should blame Alicent for. This is so anti-feminist, it hurts. I thought you got it, but I guess you don't really.
This fictional show is based on a fictional fantasy book, which is set up to be a work by a fictional maester who wrote the fictional history some 50 plus odd fictional years after the events took place. Meaning, the fictional narrator of this fictional story, is biased lol. It's all entertainment. It means nothing. If you aren't being entertained, it might not be for you, and that's ok.
