Neon Genesis Evangelion Episode 7 Full Reaction

As for the movies, The End of Evangelion is the only one that’s truly essential to watch after the series. There is also a film called Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth, but it’s mostly a recap of the TV series with some additional material, so it isn’t essential and can be skipped. The four Rebuild of Evangelion movies are a separate continuity. The series begins as a retelling of the original anime, but from the second film onward it gradually diverges into its own story. Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (2007) Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance (2009) Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo (2012) Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time (2021) I know you don’t usually like reacting to movies, and they’re a pretty big time commitment, so after The End of Evangelion, you can always decide later whether you want to watch the Rebuild films. They expand on some ideas, introduce new ones, explore the world of Evangelion from a different perspective, and help connect some of the dots from the original series while still leaving plenty open to interpretation. They’re also often viewed as the conclusion of Hideaki Anno’s own emotional, psychological, and creative journey with Evangelion, reflecting how both he and his perspective on the series evolved over more than 25 years. But I’m sure almost everyone would love to see your reactions if you decide to watch them. Finally, Evangelion as a franchise isn’t over. In February of this year, a brand-new Evangelion anime series was officially announced. It will be co-produced by Studio Khara, the studio behind the Rebuild of Evangelion films, and CloverWorks, the studio behind series such as Bocchi the Rock! Beyond that, no story details, characters, setting, or release date have been revealed yet. Hi! It’s not mandatory, but for the best experience, I’d recommend watching Episodes 18-19, and the final two episodes, 25-26, together
