Hughie put up a better fight than Homelander with no powers against Butcher

I wasn’t watching this show for the spectacle/action, but it really feels like they ran out of budget this episode. God also everyone this whole season acted like an idiot. Not nearly as terrible, but I think there’s a lot of parallels to the GoT’s season 8 writing quality degradation.

It wasn't the best road this season but I agree I am actually satisfied with where things ended up. Still a great show I would recommend, it's been fun

A very ‘okay’ finale. Nothing more and nothing less, though I do believe this was an improvement from the previous couple episodes. Overall I think it’s satisfying enough and ticks enough boxes to be acceptable. Some people were acting like this was a Game of Thrones-level ball drop, which is just absurd. Overall I enjoyed the show and even the weakest stuff in the latter half didn’t make me regret going on the journey.

You were wondering what Anthony Starr will do next, his next project will be an Andy Warhol biopic

The finale was...ok, I guess? Could have been worse given the past two seasons. The difference between this and the earlier seasons is pretty stark, though, on all levels. A shame when the show could occasionally be legit good (eg. the Firecracker stuff in ep5).

This being the march to the end boss and the final battle after they made us terrified that Homelander got V1... Yeah idk, he certainly didn't seem like more of a threat.

Man.. I’m not satisfied how it all ended. Is it the worst ending ever? No but it does leave some of us with a sour taste in the end.. will I miss this show? A little bit.. I’m guessing House of Dragons or the Bear is next. I don’t watch House of Dragons and I gave up on the bear so I hope everyone else enjoys those shows <3
