Same place your brain is, it doesn't exist lol Doing that shit will get their channel taken down. Doesn't matter how many other people get away with it they're just getting lucky in between ban waves.
Maki and mai don't have an older brother. And the clan leader isn't their father. Just a little bit of misunderstanding there
They realized that when they went back and saw Maki called him clan leader instead of father.
As for what Mai is saying about being "forced" to become a sorcerer, it is a little unclear. She could mean that she was "forced" to do it because her other option was to be alone now that Maki was gone, and she couldn't handle that. Or she could mean the clan forced her to do it. There is the line about how the clan head would put her sister through ordeals as well, so I might lean towards the second one. It might be a collective punishment type of thing, like "Since you're defying us, we're gonna make life difficult not just for you but your loved ones too."
