"Jujutsu" can be translated either generally as "sorcery," or specifically as "curse technique." "Jutsu" means technique, and is often appended to other terms to describe the art of using that style or item. For example, Bojutsu is the art of fighting with a Bo, a staff. Many real life martial arts use "jutsus", some even in the name of the art form, like real life jujutsu (often spelled jiu-jitsu). In the martial art, the "ju" in jujutsu uses the kanji for "yielding", thus "yielding technique", the art of using an opponent's force and weight against them. In the show, however, "ju" uses a different kanji, still pronounced "ju", but meaning "curse" instead of "yielding." So it can be considered to mean a technique revolving around using curses, and like I said above, when taken all together the word also means "sorcery" or "magic" in general.
