Honcho v0.3 Now Available
The long awaited v0.3 build for Honcho is finally available. You can access the build through the itch app, or the usual link here. Change list below.
Full World Vending Simulation
Vending machines have had a huge rework. They now simulate damage and rust. Vending machines now need to be repaired and maintained with parts just like Keiko's truck.
Vending machines can be better managed through the Operations tab found within Keiko's office desk. Machines also simulate sales even when Keiko isn't in that area, so keep an eye on this tab to track sales.
Mr Hanchō now appears as Keiko's rival, holding onto the best vending spots in each area. Keiko will need to save up a lot of money to purchase these spots from him.
New Trade Goods
New groups and tiers of trade goods have been added. With each tier offering 3, increasingly more valuable options.
Generic goods such as Still Water, Sparkling Water and Orenji Fresh offer a non-desire based option for easy but low profit sales.
Food goods such as Corn Soup, Oni Giri and Deluxe Fruit Sando offer medium profit chances for customers looking to sate their appetite.
Caffeine goods such as Green Tea, PCC Coffee and Energy Tonic offer high profit chances for customers desiring an energy boost.
Alcohol goods such as Ryujin Beer, Best Zero Blue and Sake offer very high profit chances for customers looking for a good time.

The world of Honcho V0.3 introduces new, fully modelled and animated characters. These include Mr Hanchō, the Depot Manager, the Authorized Parts Dealer, the Scrap Dealer, the Petrol Station Attendant, the Happy Mart Cashier, The Truck Dealer and various classified sellers. there seems to be a bug with the controller where it ignores all left stick inputs and just walks forward. it only seems to be in-game, but has no issue with menus, ect.
Thanks, what controller are you using?
hello i just payed for the supporter subscription how can i download the demo or early access ? i dont see a link anyware
Hey i tried downloading but it says i do not have any access to download the game at all?
The game is still in development. Development is funded by Patreon supporters. Supporters get access to the game whilst it's in development so they can provide feedback.
The improvements and fixes make it seem (in relation to the previously available version) that it is another game, I'm looking forward to testing it!
Quite the update this morning! I can't wait to get off work and give 0.3 a try! Bet some YouTuber like SkapeGote would adore this game to bits.
