WIP - The Mediterranean Special Stage 03

Hello there, hope you are all doing good.

Some progress news about the stage 03, nothing too fancy but things are slowly coming together. I spent loads of time testing things, went back and forth on terrain and roads shape, also spent a huge time placing rocks all over the place...

The to-do list is still long, I have to finish smoothening the sides of the roads (a good half is done so far), do the texturing/decals work for the roads (made a few tests here and there as you can see in some pics), adjust the road shape according to the decals of asphalt patches, do the same for the gravel roads, place some more assets like barriers, road signs, houses and stuff in some places, redo the vegetation from scratch (the actual one is a quick placeholder to get an idea of how it looks when the terrain isnt naked), adjust the terrain colormap, paint the groundcover and then will come the final touches like the time attacks layouts and assets, AI roads and parking spots.

This will be a really good one I think, the main layout may be 100% tarmac, I didnt manage to finish it under 6'30" so far and its a good blend between fast and technical sections, as you'd expect from some mountain roads anyway.
The alternate layout will have its good share of gravel roads, we may end up with a 60% gravel (didnt take measurments yet).
