No Conflicting Traits: An Override

Ever wanted your Sim to be good and evil? Family Oriented with commitment issues? An outgoing loner? This mod overrides the tuning for the conflict system in CAS and kind of allows for dual personalities. This was a personal mod, but I figure I'd share. It should be Base Game Compatible, and it will remove conflicts from ALL of the traits for the Base Game and all expansion/game packs. (Currently up to Adventure Awaits. As more packs come out, I will update this mod). This excludes traits for Infants-Toddlers.
But what about conflicting buffs? Like if you have a gloomy and cheerful Sim. Basically, one buff will cancel out the other. Or for example, a neat and lazy Sim will still get tense around dirty surroundings, but loves being a couch potato and can take lazy naps. There are small nuances like that, but I feel like they add more personality to Sims.
Also no, I can’t control which buff replaces which. That’s up to the game.
Installing this Mod:
I have grouped the package files by Base Game, Expansion Packs and Game Packs. Select the folders based on the Expansion Packs you have/want, and then place the package in your mods folder.
Removing This Mod:
If you decide to remove this mod after using it, be mindful that the game will remove the conflicting trait and automatically replace it with a new one.
NOTE: This mod does not affect reward traits or lifestyles. Nor should it affect custom/modded traits.

Hello elle, please can you do the same mod but for the royalty pack? there is a conflict between some ideals when founding a dynasty and some don't make any sense to me. Anyways hope you are good and that you'll read me. tyyy
Hey! I wanted to make my sim both 'Plant lover' and 'Vegetarian', which for some reason conflict, but it's not working :( I also have 'More CAS traits' mod, but I tried to add both traits in the first 3 slots, still nothing

I was just looking for a mod that would let me make a sim both good and mean (fully possible in reality, where people are complicated, multi-faceted beings) and this was the first to pop up, so glad this exists!

if you dont have lovestruck delete/don't put the folder of lovestruck in your mods. lovestruck's folder/other name is ep16.

Awesome, yesterday i was thinking about how all traits that both kids and toddlers have should be avaible for others life stages as well. I wish i could create a clingy child or charming teenager!

thank you! 😊 and I don’t have any recommendations personally, but the good news is most custom traits don’t conflict with in game traits…unless the modder specifically does it

omfg thank you soo much for this one i was googling for this mod literally YESTERDAY! i have a sim that i want to be both a glutton and generous... it makes NO sense that my sim can't be hungry af and a messy eater and also kind and compassionate at the same time 🙄
