Ballast Trailer Convoy & Freight Market

Freight market options will be added for Ballast. This works way better in Convoy then the Ownable. You can still use the Ownable in Convoy if you like, but sadly no accessories and I can't do anything about it. Its a Convoy limitation. Naturally you'll have Freight market in single player as well.-
