Releasing this Friday: NEO GEO AES Classic Mini for PC!
The specific version is NEO GEO AES and will include all the features you know, for power users, you will be able to change the core and use other romsets if you want.
In the meanwhile you can prepare getting the full set from the Internet Archive, just search in Google for "NEO GEO (AES) internet archive."

Time to pull out my 8BitDo click pads! Will this be using the MAME or FBNEO set?
For now one of the FB cores for Retroarch, you can Google for "NEO GEO (AES) internet archive.", advanced users can change the core to neo and use any romset.
