⚠️ ATTENTION: Classic Mini Users! ⚠️
Please ensure you have correctly used the "Download Game Collection" feature for any console across all apps (before march 31st). These downloaded files can be used as a starting point for all upcoming versions of the apps.
To make updating easier, there are two main folders you should back up:
THE ROMSET FOLDER: If you used the "Download Game Collection" feature, all your games are located in the "SAVED GAMES" folder.
Path: resources\resources\Saved Games\[Console_Name]
THE COVERS FOLDER:
Path: resources\resources\images\covers
Backing up these folders will make the transition to newer Classic Mini Apps much smoother since your base game collection+covers will be ready to go.
Important Notes:
3-in-1 Apps (Game Boy & Sega): Since these apps contain three consoles each, please ensure you use the "Download Game Collection" feature for each of the three consoles individually.
Flexibility: You can also choose to move only your favorite games or start completely fresh with your own custom set of ROMs and covers.
