IMPORTANT: How to make your Classic Mini apps No Myrient required

If Myrient goes offline, you can ensure your Classic Mini Frontend stays fully functional by using the built-in "Download Game Collection" feature.

How to do it: Navigate to Configuration > Network Options and select "Download Game Collection."

Applicable Apps:

• Classic Mini NES - Link to latest version

• Classic Mini SNES - Link to latest version

• Classic Mini SEGA - Link to latest version

• Arcade Arena - Link to latest version

Why do this? Once the collection is downloaded, the app will no longer need to connect to Myrient. Not only does this future-proof your setup, but the app will also perform faster since it’s pulling data locally.

Note: Netplay will remain fully available if and when Myrient goes down.
Note 2: For the SEGA app, you need to do this for each of the 3 consoles (sega CD full collection uses only 38GB).
Note 3: Arcade Arena full set uses only 7.5GB.
