This platform is a personal favorite of mine, and I’ve put a lot of effort into making this latest version great! (Please read the entire post)
New Features:
Console Toggling: You can now switch between Sega Genesis, 32X, and Sega CD.
Regional Branding: Users in Europe can now toggle the logo to their local region via "General Options." (This change is cosmetic only and does not alter game lists).
How it works: You’ll start at the Sega Genesis gamelist. To switch to the 32X or Sega CD, simply open the General Menu (press Gamepad B or Backspace) or navigate to the left to use the Quick Menu.
Regional Logos: To swap logos, just head to "General Options" and select your preferred region (American or European).

Amigo, primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar pelo seu excelente trabalho. O sistema de mega drive, esta com um BUG na parte das SCANLINES, elas simplesmente nao funciona. O projeto do SNES está perfeito, mas esse do Mega Drive esta com esse BUG. Abraços!

Considering they use the same core as the Genesis, have you thought about adding Game Gear and Sega Master System?
Absolutely, Master System is planned, I may add it for the next release (the no-myrient update), BTW, you will be able to use the same current romset, so back it up!

It looks like when it fetches games, it deletes them on exit instead of adding them to the games folder. Each launch of a game fetches the file anew. Otherwise, this is looking good!
It's meant to do that, there's also the option to download and keep, check network options
