Cependant je ne suis pas sûre que ce la soit réalisable. ma première idée serait celle ci : que la Map puisse afficher un plumbob dans toute les villes où en foyer est actif (il pourrait alors y avoir plusieurs plumbob sur la Map). ma seconde idée est celle-ci : la possibilité de passer "immerse world select" à "better world select" si on souhaite passer d'un interface à l'autre en un clic, sans que l'on ai besoin de déplacer les fichiers du dossier mods à chaque fois Bien sûre ce ne sont que quelques idées, et peut être qu'elles sont irréalisable. I love the concept and quickly added and replaced a few mods that dealt with the world select screen. very grateful for your mod. im not sure if this is the right place to share QOL ideas for this mod. I was wondering if its possible to add a function like your better world select where you can deselect worlds you dont play (make it unselectable like if I didnt have the pack). if its not possible I can understand as this is already a unique Map mod itself!

I have a problem: when I have the mod installed and try to move my household, the game freezes and I have to restart it; however, when I remove the mod and try again, everything runs smoothly.

This is everything I’ve wanted ever since I sent you that message on Twitter all those years ago for a loading screen map of the sims world! I had an idea, since most don’t use the description tooltip, it might be cool to have loading screens of the map that rotates through the descriptions, so each time we load we learn something new and helps us memorize where the different worlds are on the map. Like a forced tour guide when we would usually be waiting.

Kia Ora! I've downloaded the public release version - it loads fine and is completely useable, but I am getting those black glitching lines like another person mentioned in the comments here. I'm using a Mac Air M3, I do have other mods but none for maps. As I say, its still useable and I love this map, so I'm not worried - I just thought you might like info from another Mac user having this issue :)

Hi. I’m having a bug where the Granite Falls description card is so wide that it extends beyond my monitor, making it impossible to read the whole thing. It’s the only world with this issue. When I enter the map, there’s also a description overlapping on top of the map.

But, when I click the link to download, it takes me to your website, I click allow, then its telling me "Sorry. A WordPress user with the same email you use at Patreon exists. Which is strange because I deleted that wordpress account years ago... so when I do try to login or reset my password to this old account, of course it says account does not exist. Hi! I am not sure if this is a conflict or just a bug with the world map but sometimes my whole map is covered in clouds even with clouds off. I can usually get it to go away after clicking a random spot to go into that world and then go back to the world select. Sometimes tho i do have to do it more than once. TIA!

Hey! I've never bought a patreon subscription ever but I did it just this once to try out this mod! And it's absolutely amazing. Just wanted to let you know at least for me the clouds don't show up or show up more depending on where my mouse is on my screen. For example, if my mouse is in the middle of the screen the clouds don't show up, but if they're in a specific spot to the right they're extremely visible and i can see them becoming more visible or less visible as I move my mouse. This also happens when moving my mouse up or down in those directions. Amazing mod and intro! Also, when you go on a vacation without the mod, when you hover over the worlds it has a menu of different things sims can do in that place but with the mod that's not there. Would you ever consider adding something like that for vacations?

Just subscribed for this, and it's everything I had *dreamed* of when searching for a better world selection mod. The white background was hurting my eyes while making a custom save, and this has saved me so much. Plus, it feels more cohesive, like I'm *actually* traveling between the towns, and not visiting a whole new planet or something every time I travel... Combined with FelipeSims Fanart world map replacements, my game is so far improved I don't think I could ever go back. Thank you!!!

Hey SimMattically! First of all, thank you so much for making this — it is absolutely glorious! ❤️ There is just one little issue I’m having, and I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing it. Sometimes the world map doesn’t load correctly, meaning I can’t actually see the worlds on the map. I can still click around and find them, and once I click on one I can get into the actual world just fine, but sometimes the worlds themselves just aren’t visible on the map. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the mod or if it’s just something happening on my system, so I thought I’d mention it. If you need any more information, feel free to message me privately and I can send you some screenshots of my screen so you can see exactly what I mean. And again, thank you for making this because I absolutely love it!

Hi I have the latest update and I am unable to see the map, I can click on the worlds but there are only dark blue clouds.

Hi there ! unsure of where to report any issues, but i'm getting an error with the map where the clouds are completely covering the map, only the word names highlight above the regions. I've done the system you suggested with the Resource. cfg file, and everything was working on the day of release. Aug 17th was the first day I got this "bug". I took out all my other mods except for the map and was still getting the same thing. Sometimes the map comes back but the cloud covered map comes up every once in a while when moving out of cas, out of bb, and in live mode when traveling.

You're a wizard lol I only have one question and that is where batuu is? Not that I really care much about that world but I noticed the "portal to batuu" option in the settings (and I have it on) but I can't for the life of me see it anywhere and its driving me a little insane. Idk if its a bug or if I'm just blind lol

That perfectly what I wanted in the game, I create a world like this in my head for more realistic world and gameplay when I play because EA never think about small details like this but hug difference for our immersion in the game, but you make it real, that amazing ! thank you, I can't wait for it :D EA need to paid you for this idea and work, that should be a part of a game as official remplacement of the actual bubble world maps, so sad for consoles players haha.

the mod is unfortunately lagging my entire game for some reason. :( i have an rtx 3070, 32gb of ram, and an intel i7-13700K. i don't know how to fix the issue. i hope it's fixable, and that i'll be able to use it, as i was super excited for this mod. the early access for it is why i subscribed, so i hope there's a fix.

2/2 📌 For a more lore accurate map, here some informations & suggestions: 🧛🏻‍♂️Yes, Forgotten Hollow was initially inspired by Transylvania “SimSylvania” and Vlad is obviously the Dracula of The Sims but the more recent lore from the Werewolves DLC confirmed that Forgotten Hollow and Moonwood Mill are connected by tunnels. Furthermore, Spellcasters, Werewolves, and Vampires share a common history so Glimmerbrook, Moonwood Mill, and Forgotten Hollow would all be in the same region. Like you, I placed them near Granite Falls and Copperdale and Ravenwood are in The Sims Romania or is THE SimSilvania 🐦‍⬛ 🧚🏻 For the other suggestions, I would have swapped the positions of Britechester and Hendford-on-Bagley. The Bramblewood neighborhood of H-o-B got some fairytale stuff and it would blend nicely with Innisgreen 🧚🏻 🌍 Verdemar and Bellecorde would be to the west, near Tartosa, and Dambele could be placed a little further south. 🌍 🌏And finally I would have spaced Mt Komorebi and Tomarang 🌏 I’m not a modder, but I recently made A LOT of researches for my own map. I associate the Sims 4 official in-game informations with the real inspirations behind each world, hope it helps Again thank you for this AMAZING mod, can’t wait to use it 😁💜

This is an amazing concept but what makes me prefer the Better World Select is the option to deselect worlds I do not actively use in my current save. What would make me sold to use this mod is maybe have an option to toggle the inactive worlds in 'greyscale' for my custom save so i can visually see my inactive worlds vs my active worlds in color.

And it's so perfect and seamless. SimMattically Makes It Make Sense automatically! Once again, you out-did yourself --and EA. thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!!! I was already impressed with the transition (loading) screens. (The train is my fav since Sims 4 doesn't have cars and you can see the little details while you're 'riding'.) But now i have a new "can't play without" mod. The bubbles were so immersion breaking. I no longer have to make up the map in my head. I am ready to burst the bubble! #Dey #thatsimschick and #itsmetroi sent me. Y'all modders are out here making EA look stupid af... they shoulda been did this!

Just want to say this mod might be the best mod we have ever gotten for this game. Thank you so, so much, and to the wonderful artist for their work too! Just thought I'd add one suggestion, if it's possible, to add an option to always have a label for the world name on the map, especially when learning the map, to make finding each world a little easier.

Haha. Moonwood is EXACTLY located where it's supposed to be. Right next to Granite Falls. The only downside in my mod deck is not being able to use Mama Llama's amazing & animated World Icons. But the new world map 100000% makes up for this. Oh and 100% of my Mama Llama & 20th Century Plumbob Map default replacers are working with ZERO UI issues! My 58GB Mods folder loaded with ZERO errors. Simattically is a freaking GOD!!!

OK enough spamming the comments on my part folks. But could someone PLEASE POINT OUT WHERE BAATU'S ENTRANCE IS? I've got Basemental fairy module and this could potentially conflict the Baatu map entrance. But if the entrance is only a UI map feature (and the settings toggle doesn't enable Sim access into the map during gameplay) then I should be good to go. Can someone please let me know where the entrance is located on the map?

Edit: Is Innisgreen representative of Ireland or Isle of Man in the North Sea? Can anyone confirm this?

Have some questions on where DLC neighborhoods located for the community: Shouldn't Sulani (Fiji/S. Pacific Island) & Mt Kombrei (Japa) be located on the LEFT side of the map aka to left of Del Sol Valley (Hollywood CA)? Also Mt Kombrei relative position to the Nordic representative DLC neighborhoods. Also Windenburg (Germany or some EU country), Nordhaven (Sweden/Norway or some Scandanavian country) and Henford Bagley (the UK) are perfectly grouped together based on their IRL counterparts. But shouldn't they be located further North/higher up in latitude than Mt Kombrei/Japan? And finally the magical DLC fantasy realms. Innisgreen is perfect where it's located. But wouldn't it be better from a practical/loreish POV to also physically locate/connect Glimmerbrook and Innisgreen? This is because Moonwood Mill by Pop Culture is based on Twilight (located in Seattle US). So technically, Moonwood IS ideally located beside Evergreen (further south in the US part of the map just above where San Sequoia is). But heck perhaps put Moonwood beside Granite Falls because of the densely wooded areas. Regardless having Innisgreen and Glimmerbrook right beside each other (with no water separation) works better lore story wise given Fairy v. Witch relationships in the game. And the occults (minus Vamps in Forgotten Hollow which is Romania?) would be in better physical proximity of each other. IDK. LOVE THE MAP REGARDLESS LOL. But what are other Simmers thoughts?

Ive been waiting for soemthing like this for so long! I attempted to create my own version of the Sims world on city skylines and called it simsonia. All to help visualize the complete world. This unfortunately does not work for me. My game will not load the map selection screen. I wasn't sure if I had any mods that would impact the world select screen, so I pulled every mod but this one and still no luck, the only mod I did have that could impact was better world select. I also tried to clear cache. Running an RTX4070 so hardware is more than adequate. Started a new game with just this mod and still didn't work. I did not pull my entire folder however and so the game would create a new one. Once removed my game functions BAU and I added all of my mods no problem including Better World Select.

And I used ur Better World Select mod, and honestly, I was really scared our visions wouldn't match up since I'm used to my own sorting, but I decided to go for it anyway. I play with Sims restricted to different regions using Kuttoe's mod. I had my worlds grouped a little differently before, but the way YOU arranged them makes SO much more sense! I'm absolutely thrilled with it!!!! Could I also ask, would you like any help translating the menu strings into Russian? There aren't any localization strings in the package itself, but the menu is still in English. If you need a Russian translation, I'd be more than happy to do it!
